The heating control box product is mainly used to control the heating temperature of the heater, so that certain special media gases can be normally transported in GC, VMB, and system pipelines. Common heaters include: heating blankets, heating blocks, and surface heating tapes. Its core technology lies in the controller and screen using a single-chip circuit board design, saving costs and controlling material delivery times. The shell design is optimized, with a fixed number of channels that can stacked on-site, reducing size and simplifying panel buttons, making the overall appearance clean and easy to operate.

AVP products are independently developed equipment by PNC, using electromagnetic heating control method to achieve stable transportation of low evaporative pressure gas. Unlike traditional heating blanket transfer heating, the heating efficiency and temperature control accuracy are greatly improved. The core technology lies in directly heating the medium inside the steel cylinder through eddy currents based on the target temperature of the medium (such as TSA, SiC4, WF6…), monitoring the temperature / outlet pressure of the steel cylinder, and adjusting the heating power in real time to ensure temperature control accuracy.

The LDS/PL1000 product is a PNC fully independently developed equipment, the first precursor liquid conveying equipment in China, achieving zero breakthroughs in domestic related equipment. CBU products are mainly used for buffering and conveying of TMA. The core technology lies in heating and pressurizing the TMA conveyed from the BCDS raw liquid barrel to increase the conveying distance and pressure of the TMA raw liquid, so that the TMA raw liquid can be effectively utilized and the loss of raw liquid can be reduced.

The BCDS/PBCD1000 product is a PNC fully independently developed equipment, and is the first domestic equipment specifically designed for the large-scale transportation of LDS liquid precursors, achieving zero breakthroughs in related domestic equipment. Its core technology lies in using BCDS to replenish liquid to LDS BULK TANK, achieving LDS without the need for bottle changing operations, reducing the number of bottle changes, minimizing pollution during the LDS bottle changing process, and meeting the machine’s requirements for large amounts of chemicals, high cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
